I recently noticed an ulcer like growth under my tongue at the base of my mouth. It is painless and does not feel like a mouth ulcer. On its own, it reduced in size and suddenly today it has grown in size. Can you suggest any home remedies? Is this serious?

It's good that you are monitoring changes in your oral health. While some ulcer-like growths can be benign, it's important to be cautious, especially if there are changes in size or appearance. Home remedies such as rinsing with salt water or applying honey can offer relief and might help with minor oral issues. However, given the fluctuating size of the growth, I recommend visiting a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis. It's essential to rule out any serious conditions.
