Patient is 65 year old male and had a tumor removal surgery post which his 7 th cranial nerve got damaged and as a result he got a facial palsy on left side of the face and drooping face and unable to close left eye. Its been 7 months since operation but we do not see any signs of recovery of nerve and fear if left untreated for much longer his muscle may not act to nerve signals.
