Hello sir I am a regular gym goer and wants to build a good physique and I consume 60 gram of soya chunks in a meal in a day and sometimes twice a day so is it good or bad or should I replace soya chunk and add another source of protein? Should I completely remove soya chunks from my diet or is it bad or making my protein absorption from over all diet less effective.

Its good to take soy as a protein option, its contain good quality protein that is similar to protein found in non veg sources , milk Products and eggs,but it also contains trypsin inhibitors that inhibits that absorption of protein, make sure to soak it in water atleast half an hour prior before consuming
