Hello doctors. I'm a male of 21 years previously on 17 january I had a pilonidal sinus surgery- limberflap technique and excision i'm recovering right now. But today suddenly i'm having pain on my stitches I don't know why yesterday I saw some videos which made penile erection can this be the reason of my pain as it putted pressure on my wound? Is there any relationship with pilonidal sinus surgery and masturbation or penile erection kindly guide me.
