I have right kidney 3.8 mm stone at vuj and mild hydroureternephrosis please tell it can be remove through urine with portrate syrup.

Hi, Only pain with good right kidney function without fever or features of UTI, the stone will pass without intervention with adequate amount of fluid intake and SOS alpha blocker. The syrup might help to prevent further stone formation. Happy to help.
