If she is suicidal also, she needs treatment without her co operation. You need to admit her forcibly in any licensed hospital to take care of un co operative patients. One of the magistrates will sign the request from psychiatrist or hospital. Two psychiatrists independently need to sign that she is mentally ill and needs treatment for her own safety or others safety. One can approach police or special ambulances for mentally ill (available at bangalore) to take her to hospital. Once she is diagnosed and treated, she will become co operative and she will be given psychoeducation of depression and its treatment.
