When we undergo a hair transplant back thick density hair roots are transplanted to front part. So after this the back part hair does loose the density?

No it doesn't, the hair follicles are taken out in such a way that it doesn't effect the density of the hair.

Thanks for your query. No the area from which the hair follicles are taken is sutured so you see a thin line which is also not visible later apart from this there is no difference at the back part of your scalp. All the best.
