My sister has pain in her left forearm for more that a year. We have consulted ortho and done enough physiotherapy as advised. But either no relief or cure. We do not know to whom we consult further as we now we feel neither ortho nor neuro has nothing to do with this ailment. Please advise whom we have to consult.

Cervical spondylosis/ thoracic outlet syndrome are some of the conditions that may cause such type of pain. Also in certain cardiac conditions it may be present. Get an ecg. Please share detailed history like how and when did the pain start. What causes more pain and how does it relieve? for how long does it pain. Any history of injury etc. Any medications consumed.
