Hello Good that you left pan masala but did you see a dentist after that for removal of stains. Also the top portion of teeth have enamel but the bottom part of teeth which are inside the gums lack enamel and are porous. The stains get absorbed in it hence reddish colour. If you want white teeth then after scaling get bleaching done.
