My daughter suffers from panic attack every 2 to 3 weeks, once a day for two three days Symptoms are breathlessness, sweating, depressed and scary feeling, tachycardia, light headedness, fatigue. Normal between attacks. Please do help.

Panic attack is extreme form of anxiety. It s a psychiatric disorder due to serotonin (A neurotransmitter) somewhat being low. So taking SSRI group of drugs will reduce and remit the attacks. Also some behavior therapy would help
