There are many colours in life no one knows their future and the time when he/she will die ,think of any patient reallysuffering from last stage of cancer (not only assuming)although there are very less chance of survival but then also that patient fights with life ,if anything going to happen we cannot stop it,what we can do is to enjoy and live every moment of present .In the fear of future there is no need to spoil the present ,how can you know that something wrong will happen ,its just like you lock yourself in one room and do not go anywhere because on going outside some bad thing can happen, but who will take guarantee that the roof of room will not fall,so what will be written in destiny we cannot change it but by today's effort we can make our future bright.do some deep breathing exercise make yourself busy when this type of thought runs ,divert your mind ,make some good friends, enjoy every moment of life .all the best.

Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. Well, your symptoms, as you describe, are indicative of you being depressed. First and foremost, I would advise you to meet up any experienced psychologist in person, asap. He/ she shall be able to listen to you in detail and also counsel you therapeutically. At the same time, taking a glass of warm milk, to which 1/4 tsp of fresh turmeric is added and mixed thoroughly, can be of help here. Also, do stay well hydrated, take clean & filtered water (upto 8 glasses or 2 litres) on a daily basis. Simultaneously, have a healthy and balanced diet, preferably mediterranean, with more of fresh and juicy fruits, leafy greens and whole grain cereals daily. Try consuming fresh cold water fish at least 2 times a week. Additionally, a supplement of cod liver oil (300 mg) one cap twice daily helps too. Keep your lifestyle streamlined, do exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. Walking, in open air, is the safest as well as the best should you have no other health related constraints. Early morning yoga, pranayam and meditation shall also help you keep focused, relaxed and help you connect with yourself better. It would facilitate face things, as they come, with ease, stay positive and also enjoy every moment of your life by being able to give your best, irrespective. Life is indeed a beautiful gift of God, and I would advise you to remain mentally strong, believe in yourself, visualize pleasant stuff, think positive and stay focused. If possible, a trip to some hill station or some scenic natural place with plenty of greenery can help you relax, rejuvenate, feel blessed, think clearly and have a fresh perspective. Hope this helps. Do take care and all the very best. Sincerely,

Dear lybrate-user, Please do not give much importance to yourself. Other members of your family are there, even if they are poor. Don't give too much importance to thoughts also. Thoughts come in waves and go away. If you can not do this on your own, please take the help of a clinical psychologist. With treatment, you will enjoy life and whatever has been bestowed on you.
