Dear lybrate-user Everyone is different so don't get fear from any thing, as much you will think on this topic then by passing each day you will feel nervous and low confidence. So first of all stop blaming yourself its your nature and its not necessary that everyone will respond same in same situation for example after break few guys becomes so depress that they commits suicide and some get easily move on after 2-3 days but it does't mean that the guy who commits suicide is mentally ill. I am not saying that you cannot change yourself you can ,what it demands is change in your approach. You can take help of any counsellor regarding this, if you need my help you can contact me online.in the mean time why don' t you follow my few suggestions. Do your work in time as it will increase your confidence, make some good friends in office, try to interact with your colleagues as much as you can, remember one thing your Boss or any one whether head of any state or any slum area's people god has given equal hand ,eyes, ear etc .what makes difference in people is their approach so treat your boss as like same in 126 crore population ,its ok that presently he is in the role of your boss and you are in the role of subordinate ,So he is playing his role and you are playing your. Think about one thing, after retirement if both of you be in theatre then will there be any difference for ticket checker? Take care.

Try to understand why you afraid to talk to your higher officer might be you are worried about what they will say or being judged by these people. This is a common problem you are not only person who is facing this problem there is many of the people worry about the same things. Don't worry this can be overcome easily but you need to work on it. You always have a choice about how to deal with your fear. Do not be afraid to fail in doing something.
