She is having problems during menstrual Irregular, highly painful, heavy bleeding since last one year. She is 52 years and she shud have had menopause now but no. Pls advise. Rgds.

This could be beginning of menopause. Sometimes periods become heavy and irregular before they cease. But at this age, it is advisable to get a USG done to rule out any pathology. Please ask her to talk to me if she has more queries.
