Hi, I am going through domestic stress. I am making my habit to repeat the things in my mind or speak aggressively. I am unable to control my mind. I try a lot to ignore negativity around me but helpless again cry why I reacted bt even then reacting. Whts happening with me. I making issues of small things. I think problem is also time. I hv no time for myself. I hv two small kids and my whole day goes busy. There is no time for rest or enjoy. Feel alone most of the time. Nobody to talk even. My husband has very busy schedule and if he get sm free time he does not prefer to listen to me. That ignorance tease me every time.
