I am 26 age engineer. Nowadays I couldn't sleep properly feel stressed because of work tension and personal problems. I feel sleepy in the evening sometime whole day but after my dinner in the night I feel confused. Have one side (left side) headache also particularly in night I feel like something is pushing inside my left brain.
