Sir my age 68 years Male As per test report of 21/9/16 My TSH is 11.39 micro IU/ml ,T3 is 84 ng/dl and T4 is 7.1 micogram/dl .since 2005 based angiogram for 40-50% stenosis I take age rime A75 Cap and since 2013 taking SILODAL 8 mg for BPH MY 21/9 PP sugar is 105 and lipid profile values are within normal range as ob 21.9.16 Kindly advise the implications of high TSH and my cardiac condition .Thanks for review and advice awaited Regards.

Cardiac output, cardiac contractility, blood pressure, vascular resistance, and rhythm disturbances result from thyroid dysfunction. Congestive heart failure is well known cardiac complication of Hypothyroidism (high TSH).
