I have agoraphobia. I have been formerly diagnosed with it. I have been given propranolol, I also suffer absence seizures, am not on medication for that currently either. With my agoraphobia I can barely go on public transport without feeling nauseous. Would it be safe to take one 10 mg propranolol tablet per day or whenever I need to get on transport?

Exposure therapy helps you. You have to keep saying to yourself that you will come out of this problem. If you decide, then it becomes easy for you. In this therapy, you should start going out to places which you fear directly and face the consequence. Or take someone with you and go the places . First day just go near that place, next go a bit forward, third day some more distance. In the same continue till you come out of that fear. You can and you will definitely overcome fear.
