Hi some time specially when im tensed or depressed I feel like I wanna to cry. And I dnt know the reason y im so sad. Is this kind of psychological disorder or it is normal And I dnt sleep properly I have too much of dreams specially sad ones What should I do to have sound sleep.

Exercise in the evenings to sleeep better cry when you feel like its better to let yuour emotions out do not supress them.

Try voice notes for sound sleep. Start meditation. Avoid using cell phone before going to sleep atleast an hour before. Read books. Crying in not bad but without reason is worry some. Need to know more details about you so I can able to help you in better way.
