I had pain in my knees for last few years, was advised to check uric acid level and it is found to be 8 mg/d1. Dr. has told me to eat febugood 80 mg for the rest of my life is there any way to get rid of it.

Yes you can drink lot of water Like 2.to 3 glass of water empty stomach. Then whole. Day take good amount of water avoid protein rich diet walk for half an hour after dinner.

yes avoid foods which can raise your uric acid levels. like fish,liver,meat,poultry, spinach,mushroom,kidney beans etc.

plenty fluid and tulsi water. put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 10 to 15 time twice a day. with medicine
