Mesenteric nodes may cause abdominal pain. Minimal dilation in left kidney renal pelvis may be due to the kidney stone which has occupied that area and it has been removed as you said. It will become o.k with in some time but kidney stones will recurr usually because by removing the stone by surgery we are not removing the tendency to form stones which is due to altered immunity. So in homoeopathy our aim is to improve the immunity thus the tendency to form kidney stones can be relieved permanently.
