My friend is a 23 year old guy. He is depressed. He says he dint eat anything for the past 3 days and was just ingesting ALL OUT MOSQUITO LIQUID for 2 days .45 ml. I don't know what to do. He is not vomiting. He says while he poops the ALL OUT liquid is coming out and his anal is burning. Suggest me doctor.

Dear lybrate-user, Since your friend is depressed, he gets suicidal ideas often. When it is overwhelming, he tries all out liquid. He may try anything that is available easily and immediately. As a friend, you need to help him out. So try and get all the means of suicide from his surroundings. All out liquid, other insecticides, bath room cleaners, even kitchen knives, etc. Please do NOT leave him alone. Allow him to talk his feelings. Don't judge him and say, 'you should not think or talk like this' Remember suicidal ideas come and go, like waves. Ask him what are the reasons for him to live, rather than why he is depressed or wants to die. You can even ask him whether his religion allows suicide. Gradually coax him to take treatment for depression. Tel him it is not his fault. His brain chemicals make him think and act like this. Those chemical imbalance can be set right. Last but not the least, try and contact his family members.
