How to reduce serum creatinine? My creatinine level moves around 1.9 to 2.4 mg/dl. I am taking glynase5, trajenta5, dytor 10, deplatt 75, shelcalhd, vitamin d3, I had a cerebral stroke last year but yet to recover asv my optic nerve got affected.

Strict water input and urine output chart is necessary. Avoid coconut water, banana like fruits. Carry on previous medicines.
