My mom has got a nod kind of thing under her left breast, and she's having pain in that nod typed thing. What could be that, what should she do?

Hi consult a breast surgeon or general surgeon who may do or advise mammogram (x-rays), test the node itself by FNA: C (a minor biopsy) pain medicines like Paracetamol for now. Often faur number of nodes are benign and respond to medicines, hormones, rarely, if malignant, surgery like mastectomy is undertaken. With good results. So without delay visit surgeon best wishes.
