Get BP and eye sight checked, x ray PNS, thyroid hormones T3 T4 Tsh 1.Sleep.Go to bed and get up about the same times every day, 3. Eat regular meals. 4. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration 5. Relax – listen soothing music. Walk for 5 mts 6.avoid .stress, 7. .avoid strong stimuli like loud noises, and smell of food 8. Keep your routine fixed and regular for medicine contact on private chat with reports.

Hi lybrate-user Most likely you r suffering from migraine along with some vision problem. U can have d prescribed medicine along with you r vision test Take migrest 1 tab twice daily after food for 1 week.

It's nice to see you r well read. Since you r a software professional with obviously high computer usage. Please read up on computer vision syndrome and computer ergonomics. Also few exercises for people with long desk hours. You may be right attributing cause to tension headaches. Stress is one of the most common cause in our times. Learning relaxation exercises, yoga, meditation, reiki, praanayama etc helps us deal more positively with stress. You should consult a physician to rule out major causes. Also an eye exam for refractive error, muscle balance dryness etc. ENT dental and cervical problems can also cause headaches. A physician will refer if required.
