I am a diabetic patient but my current fasting glucose level is 261 how should I maintain .I always walk in the morning and use sugarless tea. But never the level goes before 200.

Hello. Follow a strict diet. Do not do any compromise wenever or wrevr. Follow exercise regularly. Avoiding jus sweets alone will not reduce your level. Restrict fats. Eat non veg other than meat once in a week. Always prefer fish. Avoid egg n rice related products. Opt for wheat n fiber rich foods. Take 6 meal pattern. Breakfast n dinner with tiffin items.in lunch less rice n more vegetables for fullness. Take fruits like apple guava n sprouts snacks. Avoid roots n tubers potato family. For better results.
