I am happy to see that all your readings are really very good and you are in excellent control. Ideally fasting and pp blood sugar should be checked at least once a fortnight, which can be done by glucometer at home. Hba1c to be checked once in 3 to 6 months. With the treatment that you are on hypoglycemia is unlikely to occur. If sugar control is good as is with you all other complications will not occur. You might increase your exrcise time to a bit more say an hour or more.
