I am prone to get a heart attack. The symptoms are head ache, face front side feeling tightness. Unease at heart and stomach upset. What first aid can I take? Nobody in the house.

Please keep Sorbitrate at your home, u can take it by putting it under your tongue as 2.5 mg tablet. This should ideally be taken under medical supervision but if you are sure that you are experiencing a heart attack based on your symptoms previously u can take it in the minimal dose which is 2.5 mg. caution is important while taking this medication cause it leads to decrease in BP and if taken either too much or when your BP is low then it can lead to weakness, fall etc.
