I am suffering from depression from quite a few months. I feel dizzy, physical pain, tremor in fingers, sleeplessness. I sob most of the nights gasping. Some of the days I feel super energetic Even with sleeplessness I don't feel like tired and sleepy in these days. Sometimes both happen simultaneously. Are these symptoms of bipolar? Can I be cured without medical diagnosis? Will I be live normal life again or will it ever diminish.

The symptoms you have described does not clearly fit into bipolar disorder. Bipolar disorder is an episodic illness with depressive episodes and manic episodes with good inter episodal recovery. They should last for a particular duration to qualify for an episode. But these symptoms could be a part of a Rapid cycling component of bipolar disorder. Anyway kindly consult a psychiatrist rather than jumping into diagnosis and get treated. And yes you can definitely lead a normal life and these symptoms can be kept under control.
