I am suffering from back pain permanently and whenever I run for a min. That nght I can not sleep perfectly my legs were paining much and another question is that my stomach is not working properly all the time sometimes food will digest too early ndd sometimes nott so what should I do to maintain my health.

Take proper healthy diet take these medicine regularly for 2 to 3 months 1. Cal. Phos. 6X 2. Cal. Fluor. 6X 3. Urticalcin 6 tablets from these 3 medicines twice daily before meal 4. Rheumplex ___2 tablets from it twice daily before meal for one month for abdominal problem take your diet timely take Nixocid ___ 4 tablets in 1/2 cup warm water 4 times daily after meal for minimum 1 month.

Hi for your back pain you can use lumber belt while walking, start hamstring streatching, core strengthning exercises, back isometric exercises this will improve your back strength. Do let me know if you feel any problem in this.
