hi user, 1. To maintain your body in full fitness, you will need to do regular exercises without missing them even for a day. It is not important which type of activity you choose, like going swimming, or working out in a gym or doing yoga. 2. You can play games like cricket or basketball, but it has to be done daily and has to be matched with a balanced diet. Make it a point to include eggs, fish, soyabeans and lentils, which are rich in proteins and carbohydrates in your diet. But it is more important to eat at regular intervals without missing any meals. 3. You should also consume at least 2 liters of water, fruits and lots of fresh vegetables. Stay away from tea/ coffee and alcoholic drinks and don't smoke. You can also do pranayamam and meditation for 20 minutes each. Create good relations with peers so that life is peaceful and health remains fit.
