I have headache in forehead .My eyes number are 0.25 for left eye and 0.5 for right eye. Is the headache due to the number as my doctor said no need of wearing spectacles hence I do not use them.

headache has many causes....Most common being stress, inadequate food n water intake, colds n coughs , improper sleep etc. Such small refractive errors may not affect your vision and cause eye strain- hence the doc did not prescribe glasses.

u should definitly wear spectacles . u'l take time of 2-3 weeks to adjust and u'll hav a lott of releif from head ache
