Dear Doctor, My son is six years old boy. He feels Headache often. Ten days before Eye camp was held by his school that report shows eye sight is clear. So now I am in confusion what is the reason for his headache whether eye problem or some restless feeling or sleeplessness. I have that kind of problems and I am wearing spectacles sine three years. Please suggest me what to do?

in screening camps..children r placed in a line n asked to read..Some r smart n memorise the entire vision assessment chart..so a defect may be missed. Also evaluation of eye, retina, muscle balance etc may not have been done in an eye camp. Please get a comprehensive dilated eye exam done especially if never had one. ensure ur child is eating n drinking healthy food every 2-3 hours. restrict mobile , computer n TV use to 1-2 hours. encourage outdoor play.
