Hello I have consulted to the psychologist she have taken all my test and said I have personality disorder in which I am suffering from low self esteem. She was good but she no more sit in a same hospital and I am unable to take counselling ahead. Can you please tell me how can I improve it. As she told me to do some guided meditation which I do. She also told me to interact with people and indulge my self In activities but right now when I interact I find it really hard more I importantantly on those topic where our thought conflict and that take me to some hatred with the same person. Kindly suggest what should I do? And what other things I should do.

Make a true estimate of your own ability, and try to develop self- respect. Believe in youself.
