Mr. lybrate-user don't worry. The symptoms you have described tells that your are clearly anxious and disturbed at the moment. Depression and anxiety symptoms can be very much comorbid in many clients. Not able to concentrate on work and having bodily symptoms are all due to anxiety symptoms you have. If possible take a short break from work. Stay with family and friends. Take regular diet. Do relaxation exercises and breathing exercises. If you feel very distressed kindly use the zen technique in which you count your breaths for two minutes. It is a very good relaxing meditation. Also kindly consult your psychiatrist for treatment.
