I am 26 years old female. Recently I came to know that I have gallstones and need to undergo laparoscopy. My question is that can I take oral contraceptives pills before.

Sure you can take the pills. They do contribute to gall stone formation, but now that you already have them not taking pills will not help. Please get a lap chole as soon as possible.
