I am 33 years old female and have diabetes from last 16 yrs. I am taking insulin 30/70 Mix-chard novo (Before breakfast 18 and before dinner 6-10) but my sugar level always fluctuate sometime very high upto 500 and sometimes low as 70, pls help how to solve this fluctuation in my sugar level.

Hello lybrate-user mam. Your problem is very simple with data provided it seems that your ongoing insulin is nit able to achieve steady control. There is no coverage given to lunch time so after Your diabetes can be easily controlled by adding one shot of short acting insulin before lunch and adjusting morning and night dosages You can contact me for dosage adjustment.
