Triglycerides come from oily and fatty diet. You can cut down fat intake. For that oily and fried food, bakery, non-veg,peanuts are avoided. No drugs will be necessary.

Good your triglyceride level has come down with medicine. Do not stop the medicine. Avoid fried fatty foods, and unsaturated fats and vegitable oils.

Reduce your fatty food, acidic food and take alkaline and starch food. No need to continue lifelong medicine. But before you stop, consult your doctor physically.
