Respected doctor, I am with diabetes since 18 years. Zeetamet 500 mg morning 1, evening 1, huminsulin 30/70 - 24 units in the monrning, 22 units in evening. Despite regular medication and diet, the blood sugar levels are 140-160 on fasting; 240-250 post lunch. Will you please suggest any remedy? thank you in advance.

May be you should first try and reduce your breakfast, lunch and dinner portion size of food and replace it by more vegetables, salad and soup or divide these three feeds into 6 small meals. Daily regular 30 to 45 minutes exercise also will help. If no result within 15 days the you may need to adjust your insulin dosage and additional drug therapy before lunch after doing fresh bsf/. Bspp/hba1c/s. Creatinine reports.
