3 month old chalazion is unlikely to respond to medical management. ..u will need undergo a surgical procedure called incision n curettage

If it's already 3 months old, it might require to be opened up by a small nick and your eye needs to be patched for a day. Consult nearest eye specialist.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, Chalazion doesn't get treated by medication alone. It has to be treated by a minor operation i.e, incision.

Apply hot fomentation for 10 min 3 times a day for at least one month. If small don't bother, if big a small operation will cure it.
