Hello doctor I am 26 years old, I hav black spots below my right eye which is 6-7 years old and it doesn't remove with home remedies. Please please please please suggest me what should I do for itas I belong to middle class family.

consuming honey with lemon in luke warm water......... consuming fresh tulsi leaves almonds citrus fruits fruit juices cucumber beetroot gooseberries hydrating atleast 3-5 litres of water avoiding going into sun as much as possible using multani matti rose water avoiding junk food avoiding oily food during dinner in particular............... cleaning hands regularly cutting nails regularly........... cleaning towel regularly better to avoid using others towels............
