Got a pimple type lil swallow on the eye lids What to do? Is there any eye drops for curing this? Also suggest how to clean and improve eye sight.

Apply heat (using a clean cloth warmed by pressing iron/tawa) for 10 min three-four times a day. No eye drops will do good. Eyes do not need cleaning by us; God has provided tears for this.
