Dear lybrate-user, Natural Sunlight is the best source of Vit D. Daily, sit outside and take sunlight directly on your bare back for about 30 mins early morning. This will help you overcome your lethargy also. Support your helath with the right kinds of foods and daiy supply of exercise. Regards.

Vitamin D deficiency can lead to fatigue and lethargy. You will have to take Vitamin D supplements followed by recheck of blood levels to see that the treatment is adequate.
