Good Morning ~ Lumbar spondylosis is a very debilitating condition and it makes things worse for yourself and your work if you have the pain right around the time when you want to be pain free and be more productive and enjoy the work you are doing or the leisure activity that you are experiencing. I am sure you can overcome this pain as it is quite distressing. I hope you consult a psychiatrist as soon as possible.
