As you are in your 3rd trimester it is best to consult your gynaecologist for the prescription or you can consult a dentist for the prescription. Paracetamol is the safest drug at the stage to avoid placental barrier passage or the blood brain barrier of the foetus.
You can go through the RCT if the pain does not subside.
But avoid xrays as far as possible.
Get in touch with your gynae and dentist.

It is always better to cross check ith your gynaecologist before consuming any medication. There are safe antibiotics and analgesics available which are very safe to be consumed during pregnancy.
Also, you can safely get dental treatment done if you are in severe pain.

lybrate-user you should visit a dentist so that he/ she can clinically check it n suggest you a proper treatment for permanent relief .only extraction is not recommended at this stage but other treatments can be done like RCT or other that will relieve your pain. Do not be afraid there are safe drugs n treatment for pregnancy .so visit your dentist.

Crocin is the safest. Since you are entering the last trimester this might be a good time to visit a dentist and get some treatment done. REMEMBER to keep your gynaecologist informed of medications/treatment options and take consent before hand!

Hello lybrate-user, tooth pain can be really annoying & troublesome. Specially if you also happen to be in your third trimester of pregnancy. However please don't worry there are various medicines available which are considered safe even during pregnancy. I will advise you to visit your dentist as soon as possible who will diagnose your problem and prescribe you the recommended medicines. Dental operatory procedures are normally avoided during the third trimester. In the mean time take very good care of your oral hygiene by regular brushing and rinsing of your mouth.
