I'm 24 year old male working in a private company. I am suffering from Social Anxiety Disorder, I'm finding it extremely difficult to work these days, I'm getting nervous, shake, sweating, for even small problems pertaining to my work. I surfed web, and found that 5 htp supplement can reduce these symptoms. And I want to know whether it is advisable to take it, if yes what mg should I take?

You have a social anxiety disorder. It can not go away from supplements. You need to take proper medications from psychiatrist to relieve your anxiety and most importantly psychotherapy from a psychologist in order to gain control over yourself and be free from anxiety and more confident in social scenarios. Start with mindfulness breathing exercise. You can consult me for same.
