Acne and Hairloss at this age is sign of hormonal changes ,stress is the main reason behind this. Regulate your daily habits as: Early sleep by 11 pm. Early arise in the morning. Do regular exercise in the morning even for 15 minutes. Drink lots of water whole day. Eat Fruits and Vegetables as much as possible. Avoid Chocolate and fried foods. Wash your face and hands regularly. Do Antidandruff shampoo twice a week. Massage your scalp regularly and daily for 5 minutes. These things will help you for a long and follow it for one month at least and after that if any problem remains then visit your nearby Dermatologist.

For pimples: Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice a day. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water.
