Hello, Take high protein diet (skimmed milk, sprouted pulses, egg whites) with less fat, fried food items. Skin complaints will require treatment. If thyroid tests are normal no further testing required. Repeat tests after 3 months.

lybrate-user, When on treatment for hypothyroidism, to be free from all the symptoms TSH level should be maintained between 3 to 4 mU/L. If hat is not achieved, then most symptoms do reappear. So please check the TSH level and if it is higher then see that it is brought to above mentioned range. That will in overcoming most symptoms. Thanks.
