Three month back I felt my right eye has some problem in the vision. I consulted an eye specialist and they have done a test and found that there is a swelling in retina and advised to put eye drop (nevanac. 1%) for 3 months. Now it is over now the eye fills with water and one side of the eye is in red, due to the water the vision is disturbed.

You are having 2 diff. Issues. Your retina swelling is due to uncontrolled diabetes and your watering eyes is due to many reasons like stress, inadequate sleep etc. For your retina problem get an oct and if the swelling is more then consult a retina specialist for your proper management options and for your watering eyes use zymar eye drop 3 times a day with massage over the nasal part of the eye in between eye and nose from up to down for a week and let me know. You have to control your diabetes.
