Hello Sir, Hypothyroidism and Chronic fatigue syndrome both can cause tiredness which will secondarily lead to pain in muscles and joints. But the most important thing you need to do is to reduce weight. You are 5.1 in height and you are weighing 98 kg. Your BMI (body mass index) which tells about your weight/height square ratio is 41. This means you are morbidly obese. Obesity will cause problems like high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, diabetes etc. Further obesity causes joint pains especially of knees and ankles. Your ideal weight should be about 58 kgs. You are 40 kgs overweight. Imagine all this 40 kg excess weight is being carried by your knees and ankles- hence you are in such pain. So best treatment for you is weight loss. Eat healthy, cut /stop junk food and sugary food. Exercise at least 45 min everyday. Start wth 5-10 min and gradually increase. You should aim of losing 1/2 kg per week. I wish you all the best Thank you.
