I want my teeth sparkling white what can I do ,and which toothpaste is good for me?

Natural colour of the tooth is best for each person. If you want sprinkling white teeth then you have to get bleaching of the teeth. A word of caution, bleaching has be done over and over.

Only tooth does not help you in getting soarkling white teeth. Generally the toochpaste which claim whitening have more of abrasive content which can abrade your enamel surface on prolonged use.
